There are 6 sections to this program – mindset, personal image, communications, strengths, heart and spirit – divided into 30 days. The design is to read it one day at a time and to practice the tasks/assignments on that day and carry it forward until it becomes a habit.

I started working on the 30-Day Confidence Challenge for my team’s development and engagement. However, it can also be done alone or with friends.
