Yay!!! You’ve done it! Twenty-nine days done! Now, we conclude your 30-Day Challenge. Are you curious what challenge awaits you today? So exciting that the title says, “Now, Expand Your Comfort Zone.”
It will be easy today. Yes, you heard me right. Easy. If, and only if, you did all the challenges with all your mind, your heart and soul, in the past 29 days. So at this point, feel free to go back to any day you wanted to do again or start doing. Then come back here. This is the most fun of all the past challenges. 🙂
Confident people do not put limitations to what they can do. So, expanding your comfort zone is essential to your confidence journey.
Day 30 Challenge: Expand Your Comfort Zone
Task 1: Take out your Day 4 Answers. Your 3 confidence targets.
Take it out and see how you fare. Is there any movement on the scale? No matter how small, if there’s any improvement or development or positive change… if there’s growth, pat yourself on the back. Congratulations!
Task 2: Record Your Progress… on Video.
Unless you’re a Youtuber or a celebrity, you are probably uncomfortable filming yourself. That’s exactly what we want to do. To challenge you enough that you do something uncomfortable for you.
A bit of sharing
I know how that feels. That’s exactly how I felt here. So uncomfortable and not my best I would say, but it gave me a boost of confidence that I’ve done it and next time I do it, it would be better at it. Also, it ticked-off boxes on my bucket list – be on Youtube and Spotify – mind you, boxes I never knew were there.
Going back, you will film yourself and talk about your key take-aways, your learnings or your favorites from the 30-Day Challenge. You can also talk about your challenges and how you hurdled them, the changes you made and its impact on you and your breakthroughs.
Just record yourself, save it and share it with your loved ones. You are free to share your video with me via this email or via Emile Therese B. Garcia, Strengths Coach, CHRP | LinkedIn. For my team, you are required (hehe) to send me a copy of your video! Who knows, this might tick-off boxes you didn’t know you had on your bucketlist, too!
By the way, speaking of expnding your comfort zones, I love this talk by Bill Eckstrom. He talks about the complexity and growth rings among others. Find out more about it.
Some of the challenges are designed to go on for a long time. Pick which ones are for you and keep at it.
I loved going through this 30-Day Challenge with you all. Good job and congratulations!
You can always come back and continue to learn with me.
