Recruitment Survey

Dear Friends and Contacts,

Good morning!

Here is a request by a friend and former colleague. She is currently working on a Recruitment benchmarking exercise and would like to request for your inputs. It could be from your current or recent past roles. It only took me 3 minutes to respond.

In exchange, she would share her benchmarking findings with you, should you be interested. 🙂

I would like to invite you to participate in a recruitment benchmark exercise. The objective of this activity is to know, share and compare the recruitment process of different industries. We will be very pleased if you would contribute to this benchmark exercise. Benefits to you from participating include access to the data that will be gathered from the activity. Details of the benchmark exercise will be sent to you via email once you have confirmed your interest of joining.

The deadline for sending the benchmark info is on August 31, 2019. Results will be delivered after data gathering. We believe that the success of this activity will greatly accelerate the research on streamlining recruitment process to further improve our service as HR practitioners.  Your help is vital, and I thank you in advance for participating.

The latter gave birth to two blogs - Purposeful Parenting Journey (purposefulparentingjourney.com) and Engagement Imperative (engagementimperative.com).
