SINOtoriables: Choose Wisely, Screen CVs

Choosing to vote and whom to vote are critical. It is our right and we should exercise it wisely for the progress of our country and for the next generation.

But in today’s era of fake news, sensationalism and all the campaign fan fair, how do you know you’re making the right choice?

I always wished for more relevant election campaign materials. You know, instead of tarps and picture posters, why not a list if public service accomplishments and contributions?

Luckily, the UP Political Society, UP Political Science and UP sa Halalan 2019 did the work for us, and for the candidates – in the form of candidate CVs.

Even if it’s a very serious matter, they’re far from boring. Here are two samples – Sonny Angara’s and Raffy Alunan’s.

Emile Therese is a graduate of the University of Philippines in Diliman with a degree in Psychology. She is happily married.
